Our specialty is native plants, but we also seek out other rare and unusual plants worthy to be in your garden. At Shady Gardens Nursery, you will find rare Native Azaleas, Bigleaf Magnolias, Sweet Shrub, Gordonia, and Grancy Graybeard, as well as Daphne, Rohdea, and Hellebores. We also have a unique collection of Garden Gifts and Decor that includes one-of-a-kind Haitian Art, Iron Garden Decor, Garden Stakes and Hose Guides.
We now offer free shipping with no minimum order required. We do not ship bareroot, but we do remove the pot prior to shipping. We ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS, our choice. Fall is by far the best time for shipping plants, but we do ship year round. When purchasing in summer, please remember that summer shipping can be tough on plants and plants shipped in summer heat might arrive with wilted or discolored leaves. Also, we ship all orders quickly, usually within 3 days, so if delayed shipping is preferred in your case, let us know when you place your order by declaring that in the Special Instructions section of your order form.
