Native to the Southeastern United States.
Naturally occurs in the woods, but blooms are more plentiful when grown in full sun.
Great mailbox plant.
Non-invasive. Can be allowed to grow up through trees with no damage to the tree.
Mature size: Capable of climbing up to 20 feet.
Drought tolerant.
Hardiness: USDA Zones 7-9.
I have read that the Carolina Jasmine blooms are not fragrant, but now that my vine is covered with flowers, I can detect a soft fragrance that is not overpowering.
